A wonderful hotel, nice views, incredible location near the main temple of HH. Incredibly nice stuff and good breakfast with a lot of options. Location near McLeod Ganj and Kangra Valley and the Dalai Lama monastery and all the good food outlets and town centre. A very positive way to end my trip.

The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, thanks to the dedicated housekeeping staff. The people working at the hotel were incredibly warm and helpful, starting with the caring owner and the friendly reception staff. But it was the lobby manager who really went above and beyond. When we missed a turn, he came running through the rain to find us and guide us back to the hotel. He even provided us with umbrellas along the way. The level of care and attitude displayed by the staff made our visit truly memorable. I highly recommend staying at this hotel for an unforgettable experience.

We liked our well-stocked rooms. The staff was incredibly nice. The hotel was placed in a central location very near the market. It was really close to all the good food outlets, town center, and Kangra Valley.

The room was cleaned. Amenities were up to the standard and available with a lovely view. The location offered was the best possible and peaceful near Dharamshala, the center of McLeod Ganj.

I got great value for my money at Norbu House! The room was super cozy and the view from the balcony was stunning. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to the temple and main streets, but still quiet. The staff, especially Tenzin at reception, were so helpful and made my stay even better.
